A leap in front of the rainbow

A little winged unicorn leaps into the air, legs tucked in, right in front of a big rainbow. Its mane is all curls, a star decorates its flank, and it smiles. The rainbow rests on a row of nice round clouds; little hearts and stars float around it.

A jump for joy

There is nothing more to tell than one big jump of happiness. The unicorn seems to be jumping over the clouds, like a child jumping into puddles. The drawing is cheerful and simple, with nothing worrying in it: it speaks straight away to the youngest.

For little hands

From age two, this page can be colored with a whole-hand grip: the rainbow bands are wide, the clouds big and round, the unicorn drawn with a thick line. No need to stay inside the lines: at that age, it is all about discovering the gesture and the colors. The frame all around, with its stars, clouds and hearts, can come later.

Five bands, five colors

Each band of the rainbow can get its own color: red, orange, yellow, green, blue. The unicorn can stay white, with a pink mane and a yellow star on its flank. The clouds stay white, or take a very light blue.

A word for the grown-up: on a sunny day, spray a fine mist with the garden hose, with the sun at your back: a little rainbow appears in the drops. No yard? A spray bottle by a sunny window works too.
