The drawings, the texts, the logo and the characters shown on this site are the exclusive property of L&S SoftWorks LLC. They are made available free of charge, without signup and without a watermark, under the terms below.

In plain words: print all you want, but link to the page of the drawing rather than copying the file elsewhere. That is what keeps the site free and free of ads.

First names — counts and rankings: the “Fichier des prénoms” of Insee, the French national statistics office, under the Open Licence 2.0 (Etalab).

Spanish first names: own elaboration with data extracted from the INE website, www.ine.es (“Nacimientos según el nombre del nacido”, 2024, updated 19 November 2025), under CC BY 4.0.

The site asks for no signup to reach the coloring pages: there is no account and no form to fill in to print a sheet.

The monthly newsletter. There is a single form, and it is optional: the one for the monthly newsletter, offered on the pages of the site. If you leave your email address there, a confirmation message is sent to you first, through our email-sending provider; the subscription is only recorded if you click the link it contains, then confirm on the page that opens. Your address then joins the newsletter list, held by that same provider, together with the language of the form and the date of confirmation. The address is used only to send you the newsletter; it is neither sold, nor passed on to any other third party, nor used for targeting, and it is kept until you unsubscribe. Every issue carries an unsubscribe link; you may also ask at any time by writing to us.

To keep robots out, the form uses an anti-bot check service. It only loads once you start typing your address: this provider then receives your IP address and technical details about your browser, for the security of the form (legitimate interest).

If you write to us, your email address and the content of your message are used only to answer you. They are neither sold, nor passed on to a third party, nor used for targeting, and they are deleted once the exchange is over.

The site’s server keeps connection logs for 60 days, for its security and for audience measurement (legitimate interest).

Nothing is asked of a child, anywhere on this site, and no data about a child is collected.

The site sets no cookies: no measurement cookie, no advertising cookie, no social-network tracker. No consent banner is shown, therefore.

Opening a page of this site triggers no request to a third party: even the typeface is served from our own domain. Only the newsletter’s anti-bot check, described above, and the song player call on an outside service, and only when you ask for it.

The songs are played by the video platform that hosts them, only once you press play: it then receives your IP address and may store information on your device.

We measure the site’s traffic without cookies. The figures are anonymous.

You may ask for access to the data concerning you, for its correction or its erasure, or object to its processing, by writing to bonjour@coloricorne.com. We answer within one month.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés (CNIL), the French data protection authority.
