A bath full of bubbles
The unicorn takes a bath in a claw-foot tub, and the foam spills over on every side. It smiles, holding its head up high, a little flower pendant around its neck. It looks like it is having a wonderful time.
A duck for company
Next to it, a rubber duck floats on the foam. Bubbles drift up above the tub, round and shiny, mixed with a few stars.
A big bathtub
The tub is a big simple shape, easy to color at four, and so is the unicorn. The foam bubbles are little rounded spaces that can stay white. The tub’s feet get colored separately.
A colorful bathroom
The tub can be pink, sky blue or white, with gold feet. The duck is yellow, its bill orange. The bubbles can stay white, or shimmer with every color, like real soap bubbles in the sun.
A word for the grown-up: at bath time, play “Sink or float.” Before putting each object in the water, a spoon, a cork, a ball, a toy car, your child guesses whether it will sink or float, then you check together.
