A giant ice cream

On the beach, the unicorn hugs an ice cream cone almost as tall as itself: three stacked scoops that are starting to drip down the waffle cone. It wears big round glasses, its mane is all curls, and its tail ends in a fluffy pom-pom. Behind it stand a sandcastle with two towers and their flags, a bucket and a shovel.

A summer afternoon

The sun is shining, a cloud drifts by, the sea makes little waves in the background. On the sand, a starfish and a shell are waiting to be picked up. The unicorn smiles: it has its ice cream, its castle, and the whole day ahead. It is the simple joy of a vacation by the sea.

Three scoops to color

The three scoops are the biggest areas on the page, with drips that draw waves. The cone has a crisscross pattern: each diamond is a little space. The unicorn beside it is a simple, round shape. The tall format leaves room for the sun and the cloud at the top, the beach at the bottom.

Three flavors

Each scoop can have its flavor: pink for strawberry, brown for chocolate, pale green for pistachio, or yellow for vanilla. The cone takes a golden beige. The sand gets colored light yellow, the sea blue, and the sandcastle a beige darker than the beach.

A word for the grown-up: make homemade ice pops together by pouring fruit juice, or yogurt blended with fruit, into small molds with a stick. One night in the freezer, and your child enjoys what they made.
