Six unicorn bags
Six little unicorn-shaped bags sit in two rows, each with its own horn, two ears and a smiling face with closed eyes. A frame of clouds, stars and curled rainbows surrounds the page.
Each one decorated
On top, the first bag has a bow between its ears and a heart-shaped clasp; the second, perfectly round, a rainbow resting on two clouds; the third, with a handle, a moon and stars on its flap. Below, a flap bag with a rainbow, sprinkled with hearts and swirls; a round bag with a curly forelock, edged with stars; and a little backpack whose pocket is trimmed with a bow.
One bag at a time
The six bags are big, well-separated shapes, easy to color at four: your child can do one a day. The little stars and hearts sprinkled on the bags take the tip of the pencil, or stay white.
A color for each bag
Each bag can have its own color: pink, lilac, sky blue, mint green, pale yellow, peach. The horns shine gold, and the rainbows keep their colors in order, from red to violet. The frame can take the colors of the rainbow.
A word for the grown-up: slip four or five things from around the house into a bag: a spoon, a ball, a key, a toothbrush, a clothespin. Your child reaches in without looking, feels one object and says what it is before pulling it out. Then it is their turn to fill the bag for you.
